Questions as regards brand relevance and connection with both internal and external stakeholders had arose.

In line with this, the marketing team identified the need to:

  • conduct due diligence on the brand
  • establish a clear direction for the brand going forward
  • find a way to reignite the brand (i.e. Give the brand an ‘energy kick’)
